• Outgoing survey emails may include any details associated with the form or service triggering a survey response (such as ticket number, notes, assignee, date of service.)
• Create new surveys quickly by copying an existing survey to a new survey name

• Question types include Single selection multiple choice, multiple selection multiple choice, menu selection, free form text, matrix single choice questions and matrix multiple choice questions
