What we provide:

License and Maintenance Revenue on every sale.  Receive revenue and recurring maintenance dollars as IT Prophets sells your product in the BMC community.Triage phone support for technical issues. An IT Prophets consultant takes calls, provides preliminary troubleshooting and passes the information on to you. This level of support is offered in Tier 1 (see the Marketplace Matrix for a full explanation of Tier 1). Second Level support is offered in Tier 2. Second Level support is offered at a higher cost but spares you the inconvenience of fielding support calls. With Second Level support, IT Prophets will be responsible for all troubleshooting efforts.

Templates for End User License Agreements, Support Agreements and Maintenance Contracts for your use with customers. These agreements are between the product developer and the customer, but IT Prophets will provide the framework for these documents so that you don't have to spend time tracking down and paying a lawyer.

Product Promotion at all levels: Your logo and a description of your product on the newly redesigned IT Prophets website, links to your website from ours and shameless promotion of your product on the ARSList when IT Prophets provides answers to questions where your product can help resolve issues.

BMC UserWorld

·          If IT Prophets purchases a booth at BMC UserWorld, we will promote your product from our booth. If we choose to advertise in the BMC UserWorld brochure we will list your product among those that we offer. If your product fills a void in the Remedy landscape, we may even be able to position you to speak at the UserWorld conference on the topic your product may cover. This will allow you to demonstrate your product while extolling the virtues of your offering.

·          If we have an exclusive contract to sell your product IT Prophets will pay for your badge at BMC UserWorld.
